CRM Sr. Lead / CRM Lead
Desired Profile: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in working for ERP / CRM Development
Location: Karachi
Experience:4 - 5 years
Education: BS/BCS in Computer Science
Job Description:
- Own Project / Project Areas to provide Technical and Scope leadership during the course of Project
- Participate actively with Project Manager to provide estimation and participate in planning of Design and Development Phases
- Quickly adopt CRM Packages knowledge and understand CRM Business Domain
- Involvement in the full project lifecycle including Requirement Analysis, Conceptual and Technical Design and Development till Deployment
- Active contribution during Design and Development Phase
- Work closely with Onshore Development Team / Customers to produce timely and quality deliverables
Desired Profile:
- Ideal candidate should be an experienced developer / lead with knowledge of one or more CRM Packages (like Siebel, SalesForce, MS CRM etc.)
- The ideal candidate should have experience working in small cross functional teams and should be able to effectively communicate with his or her peers, managers and clients
- The ideal candidate should have experience leading development team in 2-3 Projects
- The candidate must have knowledge of CRM Domain
- The candidate should have complete SDLC experience on at least 2-3 Projects
- Must have good hands on in any or all of these languages like C#, VB.NET, Java, C++ or JavaScript
- Database Analysis and Design skill preferably in MS SQL Server or Oracle. Capable of providing and understanding complex designs
- The candidate should also have strong leadership and time management skills
